Ingredients

  • 1 cup Oreo crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 quart mint ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup mini Oreo pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch springform pan with butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
